Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Jolla Shop account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables that were originally included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
